		Matt Clouser, President/Owner matt@activeproductionanddesign.com Matt began Active Production and Design with humble beginnings in 1993. He has taken what were a few lights in the back of his Jeep and turned it into a multi-million dollar, cutting edge production company, producing events across the nation. Matt’s creative passion and love for the event industry is what gave him the determination to move forward with establishing Active as a premier audio visual company. He is long standing member of GaMPI, ACVB, ISES, NACE and the Luxury Marketing Council.
		John Fox, Vice President john@activeproductionanddesign.com John’s persona conveys the type of assuredness that gives our clients confidence in knowing that Active will execute an excellent production. He brings more than 15 years of experience in audio, video, theatrical lighting and overall technical production to the meetings, special events, trade shows and motion picture associations. John is a member of GaMPI, ISES and the ACVB. He has been pivotal in the successful development of our current sales team and clientele.
		Jason Shadix, Sr. Account Executive jason@activeproductionanddesign.com Jason is one of the reasons why so many clients trust Active. Along with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, Jason has experience in various segments of the event industry. His 17 year career span has included event planning, management, design, décor and of course audio visual production. He understands the “big picture” and is able to implement that into his AV designs. Jason takes great pride in helping our clients understand the more technical side of an event. In return, our clients appreciate his knowledge and thoroughness.
		Steve Zaug, General Manager steve@activeproductionanddesign.com Steve is a true wingman. Coming up through the ranks of Active, Steve has in-depth knowledge of the detailed intricacies involved in maintaining an organization such as Active. Being responsible for the day to day operations makes Steve the go to guy for almost everything! It is this dedication to Active, which Steve has shown for 8 years, that has helped to build Active and make it what it is today.
		Gene Swinson, Quality Control Manager gene@activeproductionanddesign.com Gene is the onsite project manager that oversees many of Active’s most important productions. His keen sense of logistical problem solving is why our clients know that their events are being executed properly and on time. With an extensive background in logistics, project management and production services, Gene is key in delivering the professional service Active clients have come to expect.
		Clydette R. Morton, Public Relations/Marketing Director clydette@activeproductionanddesign.com Clydette personifies PR. Her natural people skills and impressive communication skills are what make her a true asset to the Active team. Clydette graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a BA in Broadcasting and Electronic Media. She spent six years with the CBS network affiliate in Atlanta before joining Active. An active member and participant of several industry associations, Clydette now manages all PR and marketing matters for Active. She exemplifies the professional image that Active stands for.
		Matthew Todd, Account Executive mtodd@activeproductionanddesign.com Matt’s detailed work ethic solidifies Active’s reputation as a true “customer friendly” company. He is not only highly knowledgeable about audio visual technology, he is skilled in client satisfaction. Matt takes his time in making sure our client knows what the outcome of the production will be and that, that is exactly what the client wants.
